Missing Piece Program
Initial Consult $275
This appointment may be scheduled after completing your intake paperwork and free Discovery Call. Includes an in-depth review of your past records, lab results, and health history. At the end of the consult, you will receive initial recommendations for supplements, lifestyle, and testing options. In order to participate in the other consults, an initial consult must be completed first.
Strategy Consult $200
Includes a review of your records, history, and recent results to develop a personalized strategy for your care going forward. These appointments occur after the initial consult and at any point that you are ready for the next stage of care.
Mentoring Consult $105
Receive support as you put your strategy into action. During these consults, Katrina will guide you through each step of the strategy and help you make adjustments as life happens. She is here to help set you up for success and make adjustments as needed. These typically occur once a month initially.
Quick Check-ins $60
These quick check-ins are a great option when you have just a few questions that you need to be answered before the next consult or if you need more frequent accountability support.
No Show/Late Cancellation Fee 50% of Appointment Cost
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
Shipping & Handling Fee $10
Services are not covered by insurance and do not include the cost of any tests or supplements. Appointments that go overtime may be pro-rated for additional time.
General Naturopathic Care
Initial Consult $275

HeartMath Program
Initial Consult $120
Introduction to HeartMath concepts, technology and techniques. You'll gain a better understanding of how the process works, benefits and be able to implement your training through guided exercises. Includes free rental of InnerBalance device for monitoring your practice.
Follow-up Session (once per week for 3 weeks) $60 each
Continue building on your foundation by adding new techniques and learning how to incorporate HeartMath into your everyday life.
